uchika2On December 8, The Tbilisi City Court took the decision and satisfied the suit prepared by the Legal Department of the ESFTUG. Tbilisi first experimental school was ordered to pay compensation for the teacher, from October 1, 2011 to September 1, 2013, monthly salary GEL 328 (Total: GEL 7550).

According to the decision of the judge, Lali Dolidze should return the state levy paid by her in the amount of 100 GEL.

We inform you that Lali Dolidze was dismissed on September 2, 2011 by the order of Zaza Grigalashvili, the director of the school.

The decree stated that the reason for termination of the contract was the agreement of the parties, which did not correspond to the truth. Lali Dolidze never expressed her desire / consent to leave the job.

During the trial, the school official has confirmed that the agreement of the parties really did not take place and indicated that Ms. Dolidze release the real basis of the fact that the claimant was not certified and distribution of hours, preference was given to certified teachers, resulting of which Lali Dolidze was left without the teaching hours.

Judge Ketevan Kuchava listened to both parties' arguments and was convinced that the director's order on termination of a labor agreement with a teacher was illegal.

ESFTUG thanks Judge of Tbilisi City Court Ms. Ketevan Kuchava, for a fair decision.

Lali Dolidze's rights were protected by the head of the ESFTUG’s Legal Department Grigol Bakuradze. Two sessions were held on November 1 and December 8.

ESFTUG successfully continues to protect the rights of the members of the organization through various means, including courts!
