On March, 11, the ESFTUG President, Maia Kobakhidze, met employees of educational institutions in Mtatsminda-Krtsanisi district. It should be noted that in the last two months of work more than 500 employees of Mtatsminda- Krtsanisi district educational system joined ESFTUG.

ESFTUG‘ s president gave detailed information to meeting participants about the current processes in educational system and trends in this regard. She spoke in detail about ESFTUG’s activities and achievements in recent years. Participants of the meeting with the head of the organization discussed how to activate the employees and how to raise their awareness and about the needs for strengthening the regional organizations.

Head of ESFTUG’s legal department, Grigol Bakuradze explained the teachers important aspects of labor relations. He spoke about the subordinate acts and made detailed explanations in legal context on the meeting’s participants’ questions.

The participants of the meeting, with the vice-president, Natia Kordzadze, discussed the employment, social and economic issues and factors. The meeting was held in interracial mode and each participant had an opportunity to receive answers on interesting issues.

ESFTUG’s members from Mtatsminda-Krtsanisi district are undergoing professional development training workshops, which help them in professional growth and success. In the meeting more than 10 public schools’ and 20 Kindergarten’s active representatives took part.
