"We strengthen each other" - with this slogan head of the ESFTUG’s Kareli branch organization opened the event. ESFTUG’s president, Maia Kobakhidze, ESFTUG’s executive vice-prezident, Mari Alugishvili, head of the education, culture and sport department of Kareli municipality, Valeri Bakradze and public schools' teachers attended the meeting.ESFTUG’s president, Maia Kobakhidze informed the audience about the activities implemented by the ESFTUG and achieved results. She talked about professional development support programs for ESFTUG’s members and about the settling of member’s legal interests.
Teachers were given the opportunity to openly discuss the current processes in educational system.
Head of the education, culture and sports department, Valeri Bakradze, addressed teachers with the warm words and expressed his full commitment and support.
ESFTUG’s President expressed her gratitude to Valeri Bakradze and handed certificate for “protection of democratic values and cooperation”.
During the second part of the meeting, students from Kareli public schools presented a concert program.
At the end of the event head of ESFTUG’s Kareli branch organization Tamila Shavdatuashvili awarded the active members and social partners with the certificates of appreciation.
