"The Center for Professional Development of Employees in Educational Institution” has completed implementation of the project - "teachers' professional development for teaching-learning quality improvement.”

The Center was founded in 2015, by the Educators and Scientists Free Trade Union for its members, to help the teachers in professional development and career advancement. Since 2015 the center has been conducted various educational training in a wide range of topics for ESFTUG member teachers.

In 2017, the Center gained the grant project – “Teachers' Professional Development for improvement the teaching-learning quality”, which was announced by the “Teachers’ Professional development National Center”.

Within the project has been conducted “the lesson planning, management and evaluation" training program.

854 practicing teachers from 89 small contingent public schools of Kakheti, Shida Kartli and Mtskheta-Mtianeti region have participated in the project. All participants will get 1.5 credit.

Educators and Scientists Free Trade Union of Georgia and the project executive group wish success to the project participants in their further professional activities.
