The ESFTUG Isani County Organization is actively preparing for the reporting-election conference. Ketevan Kheteshvili, the chairperson of the County Organization meets primary organizations one by one almost every day, together with them, she discusses the current activities and future plans, awards certificates to those who have participated in trainings. Lali Gogichaishvili, the office-manager of the central office also takes part in the meetings along with the chairperson. Public school representatives express their gratitude to the ESFTUG and personally to Maia Kobakhidze, for the tireless care provided to support teachers.

As for the kindergartens, the representatives constantly point out the problems that bother them at meetings. They are especially concerned about low, almost symbolic salaries. Kindergarten employees demand health insurance, they take note of the increased number of children in classes and the criteria of the upcoming qualification testing, about which they don’t have much information.
