On April 21, the Center for Professional development of Employees in Educational Institutions provided the regular training for the preschool teachers of Vake-Saburtalo district, organized and funded by the ESFTUG’s Vke-Saburtalo branch organisation. The topic of the training, which served to the career growth, theoretical and practical experience of the teachers, was - the "pre-school children's inclusion" – the trainer Anastasia Amisulashvili. About 54 teachers, also new members from Tbilisi kindergarten #33, participated in the workshop. The trainer presented to the participants the theoretical material, together with the video-material, in purpose to develop their practical skills. The teachers were introduced to those approaches, those methods, style of teaching, which are necessary in the inclusive education process, to give children the appropriate knowledge and skills for their adaption in the environment. The participants thanked ESFTUG for such an interesting and useful workshop and noted that this training exceeded their expectations.
