The video was prepared for the Congress, which reflects the conferences organized by the ESFTUG in 2016 with the participation of sciences’, IT sciences’ and public sciences’ teachers of the public schools'. It is also important the clippings from the speech of ESFTUG’s president, Maia Kobakhidze at the ESFTUG’s IX reporting-election congress:

"For the purpose of raising the quality of teaching and learning process, we systematically analyze the reasons behind the teacher's work because in the process of completing the tasks set out in the reform, the whole gravity goes on the teacher. Let's look at the challenge with the teacher's eye and objectively evaluate all the existing problems.

The motivation and professionalism of the teacher is a necessary component of the chain that is related to improving the quality of education. What motivation is there when in the last 25 years, incompetent inaccurate reforms are in progress and the result is an unsustainable situation.

Teacher's professional development and evaluation system, career commitment obligations changes about ones in 2 years and how should a teacher behave in these conditions? The teacher starts working in one direction and suddenly the demand changes. We do not go into the depths, we only notice one thing, with such attitude the feeling of uncertainty is formed among the teachers and with many other problems, probably the result of this is that more than half of the current teachers are expected to start activities for career advancement.

We agree with the vision of Mikheil Batiashvili, Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport, according to the sustainable development of the system. We hope, as promised, a model of education reform will be created in which according to established practice, will be no necessity for systematic changes in the agenda.
