It is known to everyone that the competition-certification commission of the Resource Center is represented by Trade Union and Ms. Ineza Elisashvili is a member of the Commission for fair and democratic selection of public servants. Assessment of trade union activities at regional level can not be accomplished with implemented activities, neither by the collaboration of Ministry of Education and Science and Trade Union. How many schools and how many teachers are involved in trade union activities are essential for the success of trade union. It is noteworthy that 31 public schools from Khashuri municipality's 32 public schools are members of the Trade Union. As for our cooperation - educational resource center is the territorial body of the Ministry of Education and Science and the main task of the Resource Center is to implement the policy of Ministry. It is obvious that not the willingness of the Ministry of Education and Science to cooperate with the trade union, our cooperation can not be held at the regional level, despite the personal good relations. Another one, we see that the Ministry of Education enters the requirements of the Trade Union and the Ministry of Education expresses its readiness to improve the conditions of the employees, which ultimately serves the future of our country."
