A training about “methodology and readiness for school in preschool institutions” has been held in kindergarten #44 on March 14, 2019.The training was initiated by Vake-Saburtalo county organization.
The seminar was led by Irma Grigolia, the trainer of ESFTUG NGO "Professional Development Center for Employees in Georgian Educational Institutions."
The group of 30 participants consisted of employees from kindergartens #192 and #44.
The trainer of the educational center focused participants’ attention on the introduction of pre-school education and early state education standards in preschool institutions.
During the course of the training Irma Grigolia discussed the main theses with the participants:
1. How should we use this standard in pre-school institutions?
2. How do we work on the professional standards of educators?
3. Teaching with games as a methodology in preschool institutions.
4. Readines for school.
At the end of the training, the participants were awarded certificates.
Vake-Saburtalo county organization of Educators and Scientists Free Trade Union of Georgia continues improving the qualification of the members.
