On February 2 and 3, 2019a two-day training about developing general skills was held on the initiative of Vake-Saburtalo regional organization.

Prior to the training, Marina Shubitidze, chairman of Vake-Saburtalo regional organization of ESFTUG and KetevanVadachkoria provided information about trade union activities and future plans.
Mariam Mkalavishvili, the executive director of ESFTUG NGO "Professional Development Center for Employees in Georgian Educational Institutions" conducted a training on "development of general skills".
Training module includes development of verbal as well as mathematical skills.
 The trainings about the above mentioned topic help the employees to achieve success in the testing conducted by the kindergarten management agency and therefore provide career advancement.
At the end of the training, all participants were awarded certificates.
