"We are strengthening each other!"-Said Tamila Shavdatuashvili at the reporting-election conference of the ESFTUG’s kareli branch organization on October 2. Mrs.Tamila Shavdatuashvili, successful teacher of Kareli N:2 primary school, has been leading the creation of ESFTUG’s Kareli branch organization since 2014. The conference was attended by ESFTUG’s Executive Vice-President Mari Alugishvili, ESFTUG’s Lawyer Megi Sakandelidze and Honorary Guest Mr. Giorgi Totladze, Majoritarian MP of the Parliament of Georgia, who was raised by Tamila Shavdatuashvili. During the past four years, in the Kareli municipality's public schools and kindergartens members’ attracting program was carried out by the direct involvement of ESFTUG’s leadership and the head of the ESFTUG’s organizational department Maia Esebua. The majority of employees of the ESFTUG’s central office were involved in the organizing company in Kareli region. As a result, by 2018 the number of members in schools and kindergartens is increasing day by day. Tamila Shavdatuashvili expressed her gratitude for the provided assistance. She remembered before the delegates the event held on 14 February 2017 at the Kareli Culture House called "We Strengthen Each Other!" "Information and creative event, directly involving ESFTUG’s president Maia Kobakhidze, interaction with teachers was the turning factor to strengthen the foundation on the local level of the organization ... I will never forget the happy faces of ESFTUG’s members and guests," -said the respondent. Together with summarizing the activities carried out for ESFTUG’s members in 2014-2018, candidate Tamila Shavdatuashvili presented short and long term program for strengthening of ESFTUG’s structural unit in Kareli region. ESFTUG’s Executive Vice-President Mari Alugishvili delivered the presentation of the activities of the organization in 2014-2018 and in the open format answered the questions about current issues related to the educational process. At the local level, in the educational, professional and creative activities have already been involved more than 362 members and also the local organization is paying attention to the merit of members.
