The four-day Danish seminar was summed up by Maia Kobakhidze, President of the ESFTUG. She thanked the participants for their active involvement and expressed her hope for them to continue their productive work. Maia Kobakhidze emphasized the role of the trade union in the ongoing processes in the education system and talked about the challenges that teachers face. The seminar continued with a question-and-answer session; teachers from 21 schools of 17 districts of Georgia were given the opportunity to discuss current developments in the general education system and their opinions. From the teachers' assessments of the seminar prepared by the Danish colleagues, we read: “Within four days, a meaningful work environment was created thanks to everyone together." "... First and foremost, the attitude of the Danish colleagues towards their own profession is worth noting, results of which are: the distinguished role of the teacher, step-by-step learning, learner-friendly system, game-based learning... "; "... I think the topics of the seminar were thoroughly discussed, and the results exceeded expectations..."; "Offering a variety of activities in written assignments is very important for ensuring that all students are involved in the classroom and to increase their motivation..." "...Approaches to the students of our Danish colleagues made us think and motivated us..."; "... I found learning the methods of written assignments very interesting..."; "... The teacher must be a coach for the students, giving them the right directions and feedback in order for the teaching process to be interactive..." “... We were introduced to new models of written assignments that I will use in my practice and share with my colleagues...”; "... I was interested in learning the methods of writing assignments and I think it will help me with my work..."; "... Creating a diverse work environment is important during the lesson..."; "... It was interesting and important for me to study feedback on student-centered activities and written assignments..."; "... I’m going motivated to my school after learning these new activities..."; "... It was new to me to use the pentagonal and hexagonal methods of academic writing..."; "... I think the topics of the seminar were thoroughly and interestingly discussed, the result exceeded expectations..." 
At the end of the seminar, Maia Kobakhidze awarded all participants with certificates.
