The Educators and Scientists Free Trade Union of Georgia Isani county organization continues nurturing the career advancement of people employeed in education system. On March 24, training in "Preschool Child Inclusion" was held for the employees of the Isani county organization kindergarten employees.

32 participants attended the seminar, organized by Ketevan Kheteshvili, the chairperson of Isani county organization.

Anastasia Amisulashvili, the educational center trainer led the training on "preschool Child Inclusion." The training module includes both, theoretical and practical parts. The trainer also discussed the matters of problematic behavior and management strategies with the participants.

The participants made real life experience based group presentations with the encouragement of Anastasia Amisulashvili. The practical exercises make it easier for kindergarten employees to communicate with children, as for group presentations. They encourage the colleagues to share their experiences. The Training "Preschool Child Inclusion" is awaited by the next group of members of Isani county organization.
