The Vake-Saburtalo district organization continues organizing trainings for the kindergarten employees.
On February 23 and 24, 2019 a two day training about general skills development was held in Tskhneti kindergarten N^o118.
Prior to the training Mariam Mkalavishvili, the executive director of ESFTUG NGO "Professional Development Center for Employees in Georgian Educational Institutions" provided information about trade union activities and future plans. 
“Development of general efficiency" the theme of the training module includes development of verbal as well as mathematical skills.
The trainings about the above mentioned topic help employees to achieve success in the testing conducted by the kindergarten management agency and, therefore, in career advancement.
At the end of the training, all participants were awarded certificates.
