On 29th January, 2019 the Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport issued the Order N: 06/N ,,Approval of the Rules and Conditions for Security and public order in General Educational Institutions”. 
In the mentioned Order the obligations of having Anonymous Boxes in schools are defined. On 4th February the Head of the Resource Officers (Mandatures) of Education Institutions, Ms. Gela Geladze made a comment on the anonymous boxes to confront the tensions caused related to the anonymous boxes. 

ESFTUG raised the question publicly: 
,,Has the Head of the Resource Officers of the Education Institution (Ministry’ Entity) the right to decline the Order (dated on 29th January 2019) of the Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport ?” …. 
Abolishing the anonymous boxes is the issue we agree on and we are waiting for elimination the following articles in the Order N: 06/N: Paragraph 2, Article 4- subparagraph 2; Article 6, Article 11 paragraph 2 subparagraph b: 
the regulations definite the following: 
• School administration is obliged to ensure Anonymous Boxes on each floor of the school building. 
• Students, their legal representatives and employees in schools are entitled to present their opinions on public order and safety issues in school through an anonymous box. 
• School administration is obliged to provide checking of anonymous boxes daily, removal of relevant letters and promptly inform and delivery of the letters to the Resource Officers( Mandatures).
• School Management/ advisory board is obliged to ensure the solution of the problem and provide response within their competences. 
• The Resource officer/madature is obliged to keep anonymous letters in electronic (scanned) form by the administrative –legal act of the Head of the Resource Officers . The documented letters stored in electronic form has the same legal origin.

Arent’s the Annonomous Boxes in the schools declined ?!
