The reforms in education system has been announced by the representatives of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport. Prior to the 2018-2019 academic year, subsequently the first announcement of the Minister of Education, Science, culture and Sport made, on September 18, 2018, we introduced our opinions to the teachers by the appeal, ‘’a New academic year with new ideas and bizarre future” published publicly.Unfortunately, the introduction of the bizarre future of fragmented reforms continues... logically we have no possibility to discuss it in detail. We are alarmed by the fact that the new ideas of the reform is being drafted by the ,, group of Experts”, who has been standing with the roots of the reform since 2006, and they have been supporting all ministers’ ideas.
Challenges and results of the last ten decades of reforms are known for the public. Noting that in parallel with the aims of the previous reforms’ generosity, there were attempts to change the absolute majority of teaching society.

Analyzing the practical activity and competences of every teacher is the main issue for us for the future of the reform. In line with fair and objective criteria, every teacher's career progress should be supported on their practical results and achievements.

If this principle is violated, the trade union will fight with all its means and your support to prevent such developments.
